Prof. Sritama Dey Saha is a seasoned academician with a profound expertise in Management, specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM). She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Sister Nivedita University, Kolkata, affiliated with Techno India Group, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the future leaders of tomorrow.
Educational Background: Prof. Saha holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM), reflecting her deep understanding of organizational dynamics and human capital management. She further pursued an MPhil in Management, enriching her research acumen in management principles and practices. Currently, she has submitted her thesis for a PhD, demonstrating her commitment to advancing scholarly knowledge in her field.
Professional Experience: With a remarkable career spanning 14 years, Prof. Saha has accumulated extensive experience across different domains. Her journey includes 2 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources (HR), where she gained practical insights into managing workforce dynamics and organizational behavior. For the past 12 years, she has been actively engaged in teaching and training, fostering academic excellence and professional development among her students.
